On November 26, students of the Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management visited the facilities of TAP Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) as part of the Reliability curricular unit, organized by Professor Duarte Dinis.
TAP Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) is the division responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and aeronautical components. It operates to ensure the safety, reliability, and operational efficiency of fleets, providing specialized technical services both to TAP and to international clients.
This initiative provided direct contact with the industrial reality of the aeronautical sector, allowing students to deepen their knowledge of maintenance processes, reliability, and operations management, while strengthening the link between academic training and its application in a business context.
