The Public PhD Defense in Mechanical Engineering of Wagner de Campos Sabor will take place on December 22, at 2:00 p.m., in Room 217-D of the Departmental Building.
As part of this defense, the candidate will present and defend his doctoral thesis entitled “Development of the Friction Stir Channeling Process at the Microscale.” The research work focuses on the study and development of an innovative variant of the Friction Stir Processing technique, applied to the creation of internal channels with micrometric dimensions in metallic materials.
The defense is public and open to the entire academic community and the general public.
