After a week of integration activities by NOVA FCT, DEMI welcomed the new students of the Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and the Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Integration Activities
The welcome program included a welcome session and a tour of the department's laboratories, providing new students with the opportunity to learn more about the resources and infrastructure that will support their academic development.
During the event, DEMI students already enrolled in the academic program shared their experiences and introduced the various Student Chapter: NOVA Formula Student, NEGI - Industrial Engineering and Management Student Chapter, NEM - Mechanical Engineering Student Chapter, NuAr - Aerospace Student Chapter, and the IEOM Student Chapter of NOVA FCT.
The reception culminated with a snack and social gathering among new students, classmates from previous years, and department faculty, reinforcing the spirit of integration and closeness within the DEMI academic community.
