Yesterday, July 20th, a ceremony was held to honor and acknowledge Professor João Cardoso, who is now retiring after many years of dedication to the education of thousands of Mechanical Engineering students at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
In addition to leaving his mark through teaching, Professor João Cardoso is also deeply grateful to DEMI (Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering) for his exceptional contribution to the development of the field of Structural Mechanics at this institution.
