The 1st Industrial Engineering PhD MeetUp took place on December 16th, where topics such as Industrial Symbiosis, Additive Technology, and Industry 4.0 Technologies were discussed.
The Industrial Engineering PhD MeetUps are events held within the Industrial Engineering Doctoral Program, in the new space dedicated to students of this doctoral program, located on the 4th floor of Building VIII. More than a workplace, this space is intended to be a meeting and sharing space, fostering the exchange of ideas and experiences that can inspire students to carry out their research in various fields, such as Logistics; Operations Management; Quality Engineering; Information Technologies and Systems; and Ergonomics.
These events aim to discuss students' ongoing research; discuss research and work methodologies; promote interaction with professors and researchers from various national and international institutions; and explore emerging challenges in the business world.
