On April 30th, with more than 200 activities spread across the campus and more than 5,000 high school students from all over the country, DEMI enthusiastically contributed to another edition of EXPO FCT. Across four floors, we held 20 dynamic and interactive activities that introduced visitors to the various areas of Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering and Management.
We once again witnessed the commitment, dedication, and enthusiasm with which DEMI faculty, students, and staff welcomed thousands of visitors, demonstrating closeness, humanity, and passion for what we do. The atmosphere of sharing and discovery was contagious and reflected the vibrant spirit that characterizes our department.
EXPO FCT demonstrates that we maintain a strong desire to inspire, innovate, and welcome. Telmo G. Santos, president of DEMI, emphasizes that "Expo FCT has a significant impact on the students who visit us and is a social contribution that helps awaken or confirm the vocations of young people."
