The seminar aims to present some recent developments in the field of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for inspection of surface defects and subsurface. An innovative technique based on the use of bacterial cells, highlighting its foundations, potential and experimental results on different materials and components will be displayed. They will also be presented with developments NDT techniques based on electrical and magnetic methods customized for various industrial applications.
