As part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Visit – University of Ljubljana & NOVA University Lisbon – NOVA FCT (DEMI) programme, a seminar will be delivered by Professors Aleš Straže and Jure Žigon from the University of Ljubljana, entitled:
“Applicability of acoustic NDT techniques to predict physical and mechanical properties of timber and wood-based products.”
The seminar will take place on Wednesday, 29 October, from 15:30 to 16:15, in Room 3.2, Building VIII at DEMI.
This session aims to promote the exchange of scientific and technical knowledge on the application of acoustic non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques to assess the physical and mechanical properties of timber and wood-based products, contributing to the strengthening of academic and scientific cooperation between the two institutions.
